Windows 7和Vista中內置了電源計劃的命令，我們就先來利用此命令找出每個電源計劃的GUID。

1.輸入powercfg –list，現在就可以看到每個電源計劃的GUID了。

2.新建快捷方式，輸入powercfg -setactive <SCHEME_GUID>

3.將<SCHEME_GUID>替換為你所需的電源計劃的GUID

4.點擊下一步完成
5.美化圖標，右鍵快捷方式 -屬性 - 選擇圖標 - 輸入C:/Windows/System32/powercpl.dll

6.如果需要2個電源計劃的話，重復上述步驟
